Depends on what it is and who made it, how old it is and what you are trying to run it on, along with a host of other factors.
I've heard of some of the older chainsaws running pretty well as low as 85 lbs.
I have also heard of some that wouldn't even begin to run below 120 lbs.
I know that doesn't give you a solid answer to your question but the long and short of it is there isn't a concrete number.

A thick gasket will lower the compression but if the rings still good, the vacuum will still be ok and it will still suck in mixture.
On the other hand, if rings are worn, compression will be bad and also no (or low) vacuum to suck in the mixture?
Running or not would depend on the vacuum the stroke creates, wouldn't it?
