But she knows all of my saws and i cant even get a new gun in the door without her knowing its new or different .

Doesnt sound like it fits your wants and needs so not really a point in keeping it if your wanting another 346 obviously not cutting big wood.

Yes it is me feeling guilty . My wife hasnt said anything about it . I think i am going to keep both of them. I cant even buy a 346xp powerhead for what i have in the 385xp . Thank You

There's about 11cc difference in the 2. I would keep them both for a little while atleast so you can run both and make sure of which one you want to keep. I'm going through the same thing with the 390xp I've got right now. I can't decide if I want a 394/5 now either. I kinda wondered if the next step up would be better or not. I would have to run a ported one to make it even. My wife said just get the other one if you want or if I can't decide what to do give her ethe same amount of money and she'll use it without wonder.

Yes there is 11cc difference and about .6hp . Run time on a tank of fuel is alot less on the 385 .Got some good size oak to cut up once the snow melts then I will run both side by side .
