    My saws routinely take four or five pulls to charge them after I put in fresh gas, except for my vintage 021, I've had that start with 6 month old fuel, before I knew better.

    I'm looking for a 72" double ended Stihl 660 mount bar - inexpensive - anyone got one? pm me, or heck - a 6' for an 088.

    Every carburetor has a sweet spot when it comes to starting. If your expensive European saw isn't dialed in, it might be a PIA to start. If the taped up, held-together-with-baling-wire Poulan is set just right, it might pop to life with a couple of pulls.
