    I think i need a bigger saw

I have an older 026 that is in need of some upgrades. I'm still green when it comes to modding saws never done it before but have been reading alot about doing it. This saw does not hold its own compaired to my 05 MS 280. the 026 used 3 tanks of fuel compaired to the 1 tank on the 280. It cuts alot slower too, realy bogs down in the wood haven't done a comp test yet. Both saws are running Sthil 16"bars with the full chisel chains.

Buying a bigger saw is always nice. But you could also rebuild the 026, or sell it to me cheap.

    easey fix

Before u buy another saw try putting a carb kit in the 026 and switch it from the RS (full chisel) to the RM(semi chisel). It doesn`t take as much power and is more foregiving if you hit the dirt. The carb kit is pretty selfexplanitoy to put in also.

Man I found a 362 awhile ago that doesnt have a scratch on it. Looks right outta the box for 500. I wish I could swing the cash for it on such short notice. I have been looking for a deal on one for awhile.
