    probably just hit it with the air hose, like I said sprocket is ok just looks like you need the washer and E clip shouldn't be more than $10.

    Oh yeah back to the 16" vs the 18", any thoughts on that?

    One more question guys, and I am sure if I looked around enough I could find it, but that would require work (something I try to avoid).

    Are the Forester bars and chains on ebay comparable to the Stihl replacement bars and chains?

    16" for hardwood with that saw. I would get a stihl bar and chain, I am going to go out on a limb and say forester chain is probably oregon chain but I could be wrong and it would work also and probably be cheaper. Edit. stay away from safety chain or green chain, full skip or semi skip all the way.

    No, you need a new clutch drum. A little wobble by the clutch drum isn't going to make the chain lose it's tension. A rim and sprocket set up will have as much as a 1/4" inch of play side to side.
