Hey hold on a minute now, regarding that pic with the Stihl, that's no ordinary Stihl. That's "Christine", and she has quite the attitude. spike60

I think the $50 offer was reasonable in light of the situation. You really have no idea of what may be missing and that is more than scrap price. I would sit on it a while and make the same offer later. Unless I knew the 056 had ALL the parts there (even if they don't work) I would pass on it if $50 won't buy it. There are lots of boxes of similar stuff to be had if you really want a puzzle.

    $20 usd

Sure, why not it's only money.
I do have enough parts to complete it if you need them.
Ignition is worth way more than that -if it runs.

    For $20.00...buy it.
Never underestimate the power of the written word. Spelling is important, but poor sentence structure and bad puncuation are what can really come back to bite you on the ass.

I will take the "Pullon," "green brick," and "Crapsman" chainsaws that you don't want.

Human trash comes in all colors, including white.

I've built many 056 Supers/ 056 Magnums from a box of parts and did a heart transplant from a Husky to a Stihl with the SEM ignition...works very well. I have a few used Bosch ignitions in my shop that work fine, but as soon as you stick those in saw they don't last long. I don't sell them they just go south I would get a new SEM around 125 bucks an install a new one and off you go..good luck they work great make sure you get the SEM flywheel for that app.
