after cleaning under the high speed welch plug...the saw ran a little better....now its rich .....inside this carb there is a high speed limiter...governor.....so i think its leaking...what i have is a keeper ring... fixed jet ...o ring...so i disabled it.....got the high speed circuit back ..top end is fine now.....on the low side i now have it adjusted very rich in order to make it run....if i lean it out ...it starves for fuel when i throttle up....pulled the other welch plug to clean ...made no difference....the only thing i didnt do was an ultrasonic clean....i think this carb belongs in the G file....i did switch carbs from the other 254..it runs fine....any thoughts...?????
