Looks like a modified concrete saw, but is the blade damaged?

really looks more like a 3120 powerhead than a 272 - or is it just the filterassembly from a cutting saw that makes it look so strange?
These were for the landscaper/groundskeeper market. That is a 272 powerhead and they work pretty well for smaller stumps. The whole idea is that you could get one into a tight spot without tearing up a lawn. They were hard on crankseals from what I have been told. Russ

They used to popular rental grinders but they stopped making them , I think because the gears tore up so easily or something like that. Can't find them anymore, I tried to find one to rent last year and couldn't.
