    Its Finally over...Thank you guys!!!

    Well the first week back to work since my surgery is over. All 58 hours of it. :/

    I felt great Sunday night. Felt good and strong. I was climbing over and under machines like it weren't no thang. Monday night, I could barely move.

    Got better as the week went on. Also noticed my right shoulder muscles are sore as crap. Before the surgery, for the last 2 years off and on, my left shoulder muscles would never loosen up. Went thru 2 months of PT, and didn't get any better. All that tightness is gone, and it seems my right shoulder muscles are getting used a like they are supposed to now. That's a good thing I suppose.

    The temp disability place screwed up my paperwork, so no disability check for the last two weeks. I was able to transfer the last of the money from the charity and it's like I never quit working.

    I gotta say, Without ya'lls help, I'd be in a real tight spot right now. Was off work for 6.5 weeks. Strangely enough, the bills didn't stop.

    Seriously guys, I just wanted to give y'all an official big thanks from me and my family. You guys have no idea how much it blessed us. No idea....

    Glad to hear that you're back in shape ! If our thoughts and prayers helped then they were not in vain. Good folks need a little nudge or a kind word, helps the mind sometimes more than the body, but as long as it helps.

    What kind of special phisio or whatever did the doc's recommend, other than "take it easy" ? Any special recuperation period where you can't do certain things ?

    No restrictions whatsoever. All he said was "If it hurts, don't do it. Your not gonna break what I fixed". Some things still bring a quick reminder of the titanium in muh neck. Not unbearable or anything like that, just a reminder I'm not 18 anymore.
