    You should go to the American Stihl web site, print out the information and show it to him. The look on their face is priceless when you show them things that don't exist. My local hardware store (oops I mean dealer) has recently learned all kinds of new things.

    heck, I'm in the US and can't get 35m chain! at least not anywhere close to fast enough to ever sell it. my distributor doesn't stock it at all, so only be a forever long backorder can i get it
