Do they sell non EPA saws in Mexico?

I was thinking with the coming of 2010 and the restriction on saws does Stihl and Husky sell the same saws in Mexico as they do in the USA? I saw that Canada will be following the same rules as the USA. Can I buy a 090 in Mexico? I am thinking that I can hire one of those drug mules to cart a saw across with their other bundles? Though it would probably be the death penalty for them if they get caught with a non-compliant saw.

seeing as they're still making 070,090,051,076,038,08S now even though most of the western world won't buy them, I'm hoping they might continue to make some of the most popular ones now and sell them elsewhere after 2010 too

If that was the case, I've have expected the 440 to be made for those countries but, no...

I would rather have a German division in front of me than a French one behind me.

The 440 is still listed in Germany and New Zealand - and I am sure it is in other countries as well (looked up only those two)......
