    saddle bridge for butterfly

Anyone seen the butterfly bridge being sold? Is this an approved set up? Will it be allowed by the ITCC? All the butterfly rules suck. They would have a field day with my buckingham saddle that I cut the bridge off of and put in some shackles and spliced 16 strand.

I have the Dyneema mod you posted from ART.

I had no problem using the Bfly or the mod at the TxTCC. It was about dark at gear check, windy, and cold so it was not too intensive.

Mine had a rating on it. Hand written on duct tape "uber 25kn". Wouldn't count on that holding up at gear check.

TJunkie has a pic of his mod. I'll do that next.

I can't say if it'll be allowed or not, but I sure am happy to see lock nuts on the ends of the shackles. ART also does this with the pulley on their Rope Guide (cambium saver) too.
