    Uk Legislation

Just wondering how many brits conform to the LOLER regs in regard to ensuring daily equipment checks (PPE) are undertaken, a weekly record is kept of these inspections and independant six monthly checks are undertaken, any problems experienced?

depends on your companies policies,or insurance companies, personally only i climb with my gear, and check it before during and after work,no one else can use so much as a prussik loop, strop ,sling, biner ,etc ,that way the buck stops with me ,now if only i was as commited to my saws, would save a fortune,
i will not turn work away ,this year, :Monkey: :Monkey: northern ,

    loler

we have a loler inspector on the squad, he checks it all, if its scrap it gets binned. we all have our own kit, and as you all know you know what your kit has been through and 'inspect it' all the time, also have a general look over when its used.

as for the written records, well we dont really do that, despite the fact we should.
