I run the regular pm chain on my MS192t. I haven't had the saw very long but I'm pleased with it so far. It will chatter a little when cutting petrified dead elm though.
    The 046 (.375 pitch) & 084 (.404") run rapid super & the .325 pitch saws get Oregon 34lg.
My Dad still runs 1/4" pitch on his 020 tail handle saws.

On the big saw 3/4 .050 full chisle skip. The full chisle skip is what I care about. I just bought some loops for it so i know the pitch and guage.

I have a narrow curf non safety on my 346, the other numbers are greek to me. I'm not a saw nut. Narrow curf only comes in semi chisle, which I hate.

After 12 yrs sawing, I bought my first full comp skip tooth. It cuts faster and jumps a little more but not that noticable to cause alarm when sawing. I always use two hands no matter what!

    n.

    1. A groove or notch made by a cutting tool, such as a saw or an ax.
    2. The width of a groove made by a cutting tool.

[Middle English, from Old English cyrf, a cutting.]

After using the other spelling for 10 years .....
