Echo 330t, 341, 360t..which is the best buy?

I'm curious to find out which Echo model the 330t, 341, or the 360t is the best for the money. I stopped by a local dealer and has offered reasonable prices on all of them..just wanted to hear some opinions..

some time ago oldirty said the 200T was the "prom queen". Mine has been spittin chips ever since and only problem was oil cap on first climb. Would not even consider any other top handle. . .

It depends on what your after in a climbing saw. If its not doing much dismantling, or you having something like a 346xp as the next step then a lighter saw may suit.
But if you doing more bigger cuts the bigger saw is going to be the way to go. I have a 350T which is simular to the 360T. Its alright as far as saws go, but the brake is pretty average and taking the side off to remove the bar frankly stinks.
I actually think the 3400 was a better saw. The 350t seems like its the echo trying to be a stihl, which it cant pull off. But the 3400 is a great echo, represents great value for money.

    330 t

i just got one am very happy with it .i only payed 250 or so at homedepo and i used it for 3 mouths now and i say its cuts good . i would say go bigger if the cost is not to much .check out the cc and if you get it for 50.00 or 75.00 i would go bigger but if its like 100.00 or 200.00 then i think i would go the 330t coz you have to think you always can cut slow and still get the job done if you cut right and go to fast /

I have had a 341 for about 4 years now. The only thing that I dont like is the plastic body. I have striped out all of the screws on the flywheel cover. Nothing a little superglue wont fix. Great saw! The rest of the echo line pretty much sucks in my opinion. MS 200 is still the way to go!

I used to work for a right of way company. The owner tried many brands of saws. They found Stihl to be the best bang for the buck. I started on Stihl and have owned other saws and never got the same result as I did with Stihl. It is like vehicles though, one mans nightmare is another mans dream. But I would go Stihl. No offense.

I've been running my CS-360T for a gallon or so now and with a gutted muffler and returned carb it has been running very good. I figure i can buy 2-3 of them for the price of a 200T so we shall see how it holds up over the coming months. Side by side with my 200T the modded 360T keeps up and cuts right with it.

Really just get a 200T and be done with it-care enough to spend for the very best!

I was attempting to find something cheaper than the 200T..but..after seeing the overwhelming response..I might as well fork over the $500 bucks, buy the best saw..and get it over with..thanks everyone for the advice..I really appreciate it..
