Here is a link to mill pictures.
Nice work, I sure wish I got one. Very creative!
You could probably use the 90° jig and a straight edge for miters. Havent built one, but with some t-slot and some aluminum plate you could probably make an adjustable miter rig..
Ya, thats what I like. Awesome, that would be great. Nice work. Are you also building a mitre set up too, becuase that is also on my list
Yea, i will make a gallery of my milling setup. Ill also fill you in on how i built the mill when i have time later on.. quite impressed with it actually. With a rip chain my slabs were all within 1/16th of an inch.. straight edge jig also worked pretty slick!
Amazing, that is so cool! I still dont want to be under the ford falcon tree though.
Many, many blessings to you and your family, I did the same and 12 years later gave them the real deal, as well as positive life skills and training. May your family grow to do great things.
Can you tell me or show me how you made your mill, please. I bought some metal like yours, but i would like to see how you constructed yours and how effective it is. I like your jig for straight cuts too. Your saws and pics are amazing
Nice work! Looks great!
Thx, It's a time capsule for sure.
That's a slick looking 250! Nice! I love old Mccullochs!
well I had 5 of theses 2100cd saws but hard to get parts.i loved these saws.
she's fun to start!! Husqvarna should of put a decompression release on them!! all my saws are "work saws"! except the 394xp! that f'in things a "sleeper"!!!
I loved my husky 2100 but no parts available ended my saw.
that is one fine husky 2100 which they were still made.
Hi mac/ho, handle never affected use of saw , consider it loads better AV than just back handle , great to carry the beast, any one I show em to these days say f### that's heavy ! But madly I used it first when I was 17 & weren't all muscle but never ever thought about its weight.. This is actual saw !!
Sweet saw fleet. I was always curious, how well did the handle that went down the center of your one 070 work? Always though that style handle looked neat, but never knew if people actually used it.
I took all of these pictures except for the pictures with the ladies in them (unfortunately).
Thanks so much I appreciate that!!
Terrib, If I were you, I would take these pics to your local County Agriculture Extension Office. It could be a new Dedicious hardwood disease similar to the Dutch Elm Disease of the '50--70's. Could also be something as simple as a minor lightning strike result. Either way, the Extension Office can investigate and suggest a remedy.
Blister's, you wouldn't have a spare starter pulley you would sell? Poulan/Husky quit selling them and they aren't available that I can find. I've owned my 3450 since it was new, and it still starts and runs better than the newer saws. It's "ole Faithful".
It's either a red (probably) or white Mulberry tree. I feel it is a rather invasive species because birds spread the seeds from its fruit. It also grows pretty rapidly, so it will probably ruin your poolside concreteI wood cut it off as flush to the concrete as possible and then poor some stump and brush killer on the root. To better assure against re-growth, pick a "barren sign" in a current Farmer's Almanac. Good Luck, Man of the Woods
Looks like it was running a little "lean". Gives all new meaning to having a "port Job" done.
When i get down moving I will send you a hat and shirt you buy the bar
I need that shirt and Bar. Hat Too.
Really want to pipe my 46cc ever since I seen yours can you give me some pointers or the exact way you fabricated/ or bought. Thanks.
This looks awesome. Great Job.
Ill have to update soon. There are a few more now...
That's a great looking 10-10, I have one that was my dad's when I was a kid! Wish people would drop those on my front doorstep!!
I have to admit, I envy your saw collection!
Here's my mag 2 I have restored , was good to start with ,just gave it a coat of paint in debeer 2 pack. You can't see cause it's cloudy but I did it stihl orange with a difference, pearl orange!!! Looks good in the sun!!!
Removal is in order. We do not want it to fall on the house and it looks like the tree base is pulling up; mounding. What do you all think?
Impressive, is that a Ms880?
