I need to run a six foot bar to cut large bundles of lumber to length. Was wondering how many cc's I need to run a six foot bar. I have seen these saws run as two man saws. Any info would be great thanks.I am near Vancouver, Canada for anyone that may have supplier recommendations.

Stihl 880 or Husqvarna 3120, perhaps a sky crane to hold the weight, and someone standing on the other side to squirt oil on the nose of the bar.

Thanks for all the help. Looks like it will have to be done with a stihl 880, aftermarket 72" bar and aftermarket helper handle. Saw alone is gonna be $1675.00. Should be worth it for what they are gonna pay per cut.

Pick up a nice used homelite xp series saw. They are old but should do what you need to when you need it to. A nice one will also only cost you a 1/4 of what a stihl or husky of the same size will

6 feet is a lot of chain to pull. I would want an Stihl 090 than a 880 than a 3120xp. The extra cost of the 090 will have to be weighed against the increase in production. If you run a 6 footer on a 880 or 3120 your at its limits.
My vote would be for one of these.

What type of "lumber" is in those bundles?
How big are these bundles?
How much do you have to cut?
Your handle of "carpenter" suggests that this may be a one off job. A 100cc + saw with that kind of bar footage is going to cost$$$$$. Can you recoup that kind of overhead?

No, not related, but yes i have beed to the west coast. Born there. Southern California. You can have it. Like it better here. Nothing you can do with a 60" bar that i cant with a 36".

Husky 3120. Cannon bar. Talk to Walkers Saw shop over in Nanaimo. They'll be able to set you up really good.
