I have put this in the climbing forum but in this forum, there are much more people... The new t540xp, new top handle chainsaw from Hva. looks similar in desing to the 200´s. I supposed 40 cc, x-torq engine, and rear gas tank.

This saw looks like a real pro chainsaw, much better than the 435, looks like the 200. There are a promo vid, but I can´t put them here. I´d like to use it in some trees!. The gas tank is in the right side, for me. I don´t know much about the autotune, how it works for a climbing chainsaw?, and for mod it?...

I'm starting to like the silver/orange colors. The saw certainly looks well designed. Hopefully it runs as well as the 200T. If it doesn't, it better cost a lot less.

Does the primer bulb mean no choke?

Not being rude...but if ya got the pics...where's the specs??
I checked their website and the T540 is not shown??
Please fill us in on price and specs if you can...thanks

Another 200T killer from husky hehe, the new one will likely balance and feel more like a 200T than a 338XPT, the 335/338's are more front heavy, they have the carb, airfilter, gas and oil tank up front with a cleaner unobstructed rear handle where the airbox doesn't interfere with your trigger hand and crock your wrist at certain angles.

The only advantage of a rear airfilter and carb is a cleaner filter and you'll be able to run them in wet conditions, the front carb style lets the carb suck in water within minutes and makes the engine run like a pig unless you swish the soapy water-grunged carb and filter out with petrol every 5 minutes...

For a pro pruning saw in dry weather, I'd still prefer the 338 style for front balance and a more comfortable feel over the 200T design. Also the body on that new husky will vibrate more because even though it's sprung, looks like only the handles are isolated from the engine vibes, on the 335/338's the whole casing is isolated from the vibrating engine and you don't get that annoying 200T type hi-frequency buzz that starts getting on your nerves after a few hours when you're getting sore and irritable and feeling bloody sick and tired of noisy damn chainsaws.....

Bump...come on...nobody has any specs on this saw????
It's not shown on Husky website...is this just a ruse??
200+ views and nobody really knows anything about it??

We haven't seen the first one yet.

The fact that its an autotune carb already makes it a lesser saw. strato should be good power but will that dinky robot carb deliver the fuel for some extra muffler ventilation?

Who knows...maybe its just a mock up illustration. No info anywhere on it!
