Spec sheet/info here:

DOLMAR - PS-32

Looks pretty good for what it is - an entry level saw.

Very well liked in Germany! Adjustable oiler etc. Nice little saw that cuts well is the general echo.

What's MSRP looking like on these little tikes?

Not sure I like the cheap lookin quick chain adjust... the Kita would look better if they just left the regular Dolmar style clutch cover on it.

The only bad luck, with the PS line of Dolmar, that I read of, is from a fellow from a german thread. He was sawing all day wood out of it's league(to his excuse he could only afford that modell) and the saw was hot. He didn't notice that one of the muffler screws had fallen out. The hot muffler slide onto the oil tank and burned right through. The vibration caused the oil to splatter onto the hot muffler and engine. This in turn ignited the oil and his saw was on fire! Now we all know why we regularly check our screws to see if they are still tight.

$199. Dolmar doesn't offer the tool-less chain/bar tightener, (yet anyhow).

The spec shows it's running 3/8" surely thats lo pro...? :msp_unsure:

Dolmar rep will be here tomorrow and he is bringing some 32's, 7910's, and a couple 7414's. I saw the prototype at Boonville and it's a very easy starting saw.

We got 32;s in today, too busy for pics until tomorrow...stout little saw and nice design, but my initial thoughts is that it really needs to shine in the power dept, because it's lacking some features & benefits found on competing saws like the Echo CS-310. Let me know how it runs because I didn't get any demos in yet.

Here in german threads they are talking of a 35cc/2.3hp model comming out as a replacement in fall this year.
