Anyone think this show is going to be anygood? Supposed to air tomorrow evening sometime. :greenchainsaw:

Already seen the first episode about a week and a half ago.

If you have Comcast On Demand, it's been on there list for quite a while.

I'll definitely be tuning in.

Ax Men

I will definitely be setting my recorder up tonight. It seems all the good stuff always happens on drill weekends, but I love it!!!:)

I'll be watching it. I wasn't a big fan of "Ice Road Truckers" so I'm hoping this is better and less dramatic.

Now just need to wait for the new season of "Deadliest Catch" to start airing.

Any body on here get interviewed?

I'll be checkin it out, even though im just a hedge jumper these days....

Most people that are here are probably just a bunch of personal firewood hacks and wanabe loggers :chainsaw:

The program was interesting to watch but Hollywoodized for program I think.

Made it sound like millions of dollars to be had by anyone that could drop a tree. I am sure that it is not that simple.

Are you looking to make friends and influence people? Cause you're going about it the wrong way. Course I'm a firewood hack and a wannabe logger so what do I know?

+1 regarding being a firewood hack (although when my wife and I are in front of one of the Jotuls on a cold evening and we are basking in the warmth of the fire, "hacking" isn't the first word that comes to mind).

However, at age 61 I can't even conjure up a credible thought of wanting to be a logger-really couldn't at any age. I respect their skill, admire their courage and question their sanity.

This was my point. Not meant of offend anyone. I am the biggest hack there is. I enjoy using the saws and typically spend most of the month of August in the mountains cutting firewood to feed the Hearthstone all winter.
I could not imagine the amount of work it would take in that profession. Being a young 57 myself, lugging the saws around gets me some exercise I need.
