is this power rating correct for the dcs510?

says 3.5 kw and 4.7 bhp... wrong specs? Also specs show 54 cc.?


is there some european conversion i am missing? Or is this the most powerful 50cc saw ever created? Or did they just put dcs6401 power rating on accident? Therefore I may have answered my own question.

The ps 5100 is 2.8 kw and 3.9 bhp, I thought they were the same saw? or is it the ps510 the same (2.4/3.3)? Either way isn't the above link is high?

I know I will get, "its because of ________ you knucklehead" but i am still curious.

Either way It looks like I spent too much for a homeowner class saw. Should have found AS before I bought!

The Dolmar/Makita 510 is 49.9cc, 2.4kw/3.2hp. That price is steep, too, but it's a good saw.
