Hey, I'm trying to find a part for an Echo CS-351VL. Saw that you had one for parts and wondering if it's still hanging around?

      Bob,
Just read your post related to the Sears 3.7 chainsaw in comparison to the Poulan 3700. If I my interpretation of your note is correct the Sears 3.7 is a Poulan 3700?
I just put rings in my 3.7 and it runs like a top. I took it apart about 5 years ago and couldn't find rings and just left it in a box. I just got rings from the Greek and the saw is more powerful than when it was new.
I have been trying to find out what Poulan model was the same as the Sears 3.7 and just discovered the saw Forum. I would appreciate any assistance you may provide

      Thanks
      Rich

      Hi,

I have Poulan 3700 saw that needs a new fuel tank. I was hoping that you might know where I could find one. It seems that these are no longer made. I think that the same tank was used in the 3400 and 4000 models as well.

      Thanks,

      Bob

Got your message. Not much. Waiting for Stihl dealer to give my 441 back so I can reass I'll remember how to get it back together. I bought new piston and cylinder and they said they would install. Thought, Why not! Hopefully with service manual I got from ModfiedMark I can put it back together. Finally I'm thinking of changing the 4000 I screwed up to a 3700. Have a good 3.7 piston and cylinder so I may as well use it. Not hopeful in finding a 4000 piston and jug w/o getting the whole saw. What's up with you? Busy at work? I'm lucky and retired early so I've got alot of free time to get in trouble!!!!
