Husky 61

Hey guys I have an opportunity to buy a Husqvarna 61 (orange cover) but just do not know what to offer him, what is the going rate for a good runner like this saw? The old lad who owns it bought it new back in 19xx says he put mayyyyybe 20 tanks of fuel thru it in the years hes owned it... Any ideas?

Not sure what part of Canada you are in.
I would attempt to sell one for $200
I would pay a lot less to buy,,,
Sold a Jred 625II a while back for $175.
Its just about the same saw, it was in quite good condition.

Hey thanks for the reply, Im in eastern Ontario, the land of high taxes and low wages lol but yea, I was figuring on offering around $150 so theres room to play a bit

The 61 i s a great reliable saw, a tad heavy and a little under powered.
But it gets the job done.
