Different chains

I was given a PoulanPro 5020av for my birthday. I immediately put an
OREGON 72LGX070G 70 Drive Link Super Guard Chain, 3/8-Inch
Big difference (using 93 octane ethanol free gas made a big difference as well) I ordered another one from Amazon and they sent 72LGX072G 72 Drive Link Super Guard Chain, 3/8-Inch. So will a 72 D link chain work with my saw ? Also I have some pastures to clear. Any recommendations between the Stihl MS 391 and the Echo CS 680?

72 links might be too long for the adjuster on your saw to account for chain stretch.

Yep will be too long send it back, Look on your bar, should say how many drive links. most do any way. Super guard - anti kick back I think- bit slower cutting chain.
