Cold Steel Trail Boss 26" Axe

Paracord wrapped my experimental Axe. This axe is now going on 5 years, it's third handle, and been sharpened such that it might be 1/2 to an inche shorter then when it was new.

To be seen is how this wrap can hold up to some work.

No Gränsfors Bruks Small Forest Axe for me.

LLBean cancelled my order. It was a good price, especially with my coupons, but it is not to be.

Instead I ordered a Husqvarna Small Carpenters Axe. It looks the same and at 1/2 the price makes good sense to me.

Here is the family. New and old, and on one I cleaned it up and gave it some red. The Husky and the Trail Boss are getting daily treatments of Boiled Linseed Oil for several more days.
