title says it all. I know they have the big boys out west but I want to know what people have seen on the east coast. I've seen the big tree registry, so Im not talking official scoring or anything.. just in your opinions the biggest damned tree(s) you ever saw (cut or not/living or not). Mine was a white willow on the campus of Virginia Tech- no vertical growth left but almost 7.5 DBH. Being in the Appalachian Mountains I've seen many trees in the 40"-50" DBH, but only a handful bigger than that. I want to hear what East Coast monsters are really out there.

There is a white pine in a pioneer cemetery in Warren, Ohio that is definitely old growth. Biggest I have ever seen. Don't have any dimensions but seriously believe it could be the largest in existence.
