    023 ignition

Will do. I'm almost 100% sure it is when the switch is up, but I'll do it the sure fire way too. Not the original owner.

    023 ignition

The wire is there and connected. Almost 0 ohms resistance to the engine block. I just can't understand, unless there is an internal problem in the coil.

    023 ignition

Bad ignition, as in works, but won't kill? Or just bad ignition.

    023 ignition

It's under there, and it is making good contact.

    023 ignition

Both. At the engine block and the contact point at the switch.

    023 ignition

Just put everything back together the other day after a good cleaning and checking. Put new impulse line and fuel line on while I was at it, but now I have a problem. The switch will not stop the engine. The wire coming out of the coil shows 2 ohms to ground with the switch all the way up...

    Homelite c 72

Well, I know this sounds kinda silly here, but....he has several others and doesn't use it anymore. Not to mention heavy and the .404 chain.

    Homelite c 72

A buddy of mine has one he's wanting to get rid of. As soon as he's ready, I'll post a couple of pics. That's about what I was figuring for the saw.

    570 & 575xp questions

I think the 575 has a more pronounced "hump" for the air filter than the 570 does.

    032 or 038

Anyone here had any problems with crankcase leaks with either one of these two. I had a buddy that junked an 034 before I could get my hands on it. Dealer told him it was a casting problem and couldn't be fixed. He also said it was common with this model of saw in late production runs...

    Q for Woodworkers

Not really much of a project, just an improvement on a box stand for deer hunting. I built 2 about 10' high a couple years ago, then built one out of wood last year. The two metal ones are open, no windows. I used a router to cut the window slides in the wooden one. Welllllllll, now the wife...
