    Huskee 35 ton 12.5 hp B/S

    I had the same problem with the kickback. I changed the flywheel to a geared one and added a starter. Now I just push a button and i'm splitting wood. No more sore fingers or arms.

    Beerman6, I don't have the part numbers. I just took the model # and the serial # of the engine to my local repair shop and they ordered the right parts to put on it.

    I have had the 35 T for two years now and it splits anything I put on it. It is a little hard to start when it is cold. I fixed that by putting a new geared flywheel on it and a starter. Now I just push a botton and start to split.

    Looking to purchase a log splitter

    I have the 35 ton splitter from TSC. It works great. Makes easy work of those knotty logs. The only thing that I might add is an electric starter to the 12.5 hp engine to help on those cold days.
