What's the best stihl fire wood saw for the money

I always have my 260,361 and 371 with me when I’m cutting. They get used the most in that same order.

Wife spoiled me... What did you get?

Not fire wood related but still a pretty nice gift, even if I did have to buy it for myself.

    Long Burn vs Efficiently

I Ive got an idea, move your computer down to the basement next to your furnace and you should have plenty of time to "babysit" it. :).

    Help me choose an atv

Have you considered a side by side. I replaced my ATV with a Polaris Ranger two years ago and I love it, so much more handy here on the farm. It has one wheel rear drive, posi rear and all four selectible drive.

    Jonsered 820 bucking spikes.

I will check the shop in the next day or two and try to locate them. These are made from stainless and were cut out in my buddies fab shop. I had to do a little Dremel work to the mounting holes but they look great on my saw.

That's cool, just curious. My lever is just below the ledge below the door, next to the ash dump handle. I assumed that the nipple on the back of the stovace was the new air inlet. which wood stove to run? 2 options

It is the model. Mine heated my house great. However it used a lot of wood and created a ton of creosote as well. It has an 8" flue outlet and my chimney was/is 6", not sure if that affected anything or not. I had to keep it shut down pretty tight most of the time because it was a heating...

Received the Englander 28-3500 wood furnace yesterday

All of your flue pipes should be installed with the male end down. Keeps creosote from dripping out.

What is the best style stove, EPA, CAT, down drafter, one with a grate

My experience so far with my new PE Super 27 is this, I too experience the large amount of coals after burning and reloading during the night, however, I find it true that if you rake them forward in the morning and place a small split in the stove it generally takes care of them. My biggest...

OK,WHAT IS YOUR MOST DEPENDABLE FIREWOOD SAW?

My 260,361 and the 371 go with me when I have to leave the farm to cut firewood but the 260 seems to see most of the action. It stays on my Polaris Ranger when I'm putzin around on the farm.
