E-Z way to load the house w/ wood

trap door Funny thing is....when i cut that hole in the closet, the wife went nuts! I didn't discuss any of it with her, i just did it as i promised her she'd never notice it. and it's fine....if i ever go to sell the house, i can patch it up with some leftover laminate flooring, and no one...

E-Z way to load the house w/ wood

Here's how I do it. Not as good as an outside cellar opening, but it saves hundreds of trips up and down the steps! The trapdoor is hidden in the closet, and the "door" part of it just lifts out and pops back in. The wood room is an old well/pump room that is no longer in use for this. If I...

a thought on aluminum cans in the fire

Hey guys just had a thought on tossing aluminum cans in the fire to reduce creosote. I googled the melting and burning temps of aluminum, and they are: melting 1220 F, and burning @ 6920 F!! surely we are just melting the cans and not burning them! But this makes me wonder where are the...

Snowblowers what kind would you buy?

:agree2: I am truly suprised that this is the only mention of the old 2 wheel gravely tractors!!! To me it is obvious that most of the men who have posted on this thread have little or no experience with the 2 wheel gravely. The gravely is 100% gear driven, and unstopable (in their own...
