    Gas Container Recommendation?

I've never owned a fuel can that was 10x more valuable than the contents. :jawdrop:

    My new Woods Wagon

I have about 20 acres of woods on my property. I spend quite a bit of time every year cleaning up deadfalls and keeping my trails clear. I got tired of trying to use bungee cords to tie all of my cutting gear to the racks on my quad, so I built this little wagon to haul everything around...

A bit of advice - Don't believe everything you see in the movies, or read on the internet for that matter. Al Gore's rhetoric is profit driven. He needs you to buy into his scheme because his livelihood (money and power) depends on it. Climate change is occurring, no doubt, just as it has for...

Who Said It? Karl Marx, Mao Zedong or Hillary Clinton? "I am a fan of the social policies that you find in Europe." "We just can't trust the people to make those types of choices.... Government has to make those choices for people." "We're going to have to take things away from you on...

Highpower explained it better than I ever could. I fail to understand how the .gov confiscating less of our money can be unfair. The Bush tax cuts have strengthened our economy tremendously. Remember that the majority of all new jobs created in this country are in the small-business sector...

The quote was made in reference to taxes at a Democrat fundraising event in San Francisco. I'm interested in hearing how the expiration of a feel-good, do-nothing piece of legislation makes you feel less safe. Please explain.

Stihl saw case vs. Husky saw case????

Saws with longer bars will fit, you just have to use a different scabbard. I'm using my OEM Stihl scabbard - Makes me feel a little less guilty about putting my saw in a Husky box. :biggrinbounce2:

    jammed log splitter

If you are set on this method, I would cross-drill through the nut and the rod. I would also use a solid pin instead of a roll pin. If space permits, you could even use a 1/4" or 5/16" bolt and lock nut.

bought a used splitter, help identifying

There is often an ID tag on the pump and motor. That would help a lot in IDing your equipment. And yes, a picture or two would be very helpful.

    Best firewood saw for scrounger

I just went through the same decision process. My application is similar to yours. I went with the Stihl MS361, and I'm happy with my choice. Link: www.arboristsite.com/showthread.php?t=40569 .
