Does anyone have an updated MS362 IPL that shows the newer saws with the round filters? Seems to be so many different parts for that series flying around with so many superseded parts. Would like one to compare to my original MS362 IPL.

Just dredging this up for anyone that finds it to note that a 311/391 hood is a no-go. The slots that the screws use are different in size and shape than the ones needed for the 1/4 turn/twist lock fasteners that the MS362 needs. The HD2 362 hood that has the adjustment holes is not available...

What he said ^ Plus it's a PITA to install the top end on these saws with the bottom half of the crank still attached to the tank assembly. I'd pull the rest of it out, then clean it all in mineral spirits. Then, reassemble the long block and bolt it up with the tank assembly.
