    385xp

So I have a 385xp. Everything was great with it till the family ran it with low oil in the gas. Melted part of the piston and scracked the cylinder wall fairly well. 242xp

Went to the local pawn the other day and saw a 242xp. I have a 385xp, a 55 rancher, and a 142. Where would the 242 fit? I have thought of getting it and trying my hand at porting and muffler mod before I order the new top end for my 385. Any reviews or opinions are wecome!

    Sad day!!

My dad and brother was using my 385xp husky the other day and it locked down on them. Idk if they didn't use the correct oil mixture or had water in the gas.

    2101

So I found an old 2101 saw on Craigslist. Basically a power head. No chain, bar, or cover that holds the bar on. I have a 385xp. Would the 2101 be a step up? Or minimal peer gain and alot of weight gain? Considering the price I may get it just to try porting... thanks for the input.

    big climber

So I have to ask. At 6' 250 is climbing something I shouldn't be thinking about? Just as a side hobby. My wife's family lives in the mountains in south carolina, And there's some tall trees around there to play on. ThankS.
