Seems to be complete except for starter screws, and may have the wrong starter ring. Compression feels good from turning flywheel by hand. Two of the threads for the starters screws are stripped (one just partially). I got this from a friend and tinkered with it a bit, but I can't get the...

Thanks guys! Sounds like I need to check it out further. Can't see much from the spark plug hole but I do see a faint gray line on the cylinder at that spot. I'll check the clamp too, get it running and decide whether to keep or sell.
