Hi all at AS. Found these springs in my Stihl parts today. Are they 660 clutch springs that suit the interlocking clutch?(0912) They have 8 turns I know the early ones had 5 turns (0911) I have seen clutch pics with 5,6,7 turns but not sure on 8. Pics included of springs and an interlocking off...

Hi all at AS. Can anyone confirm if 11250071041 rim kit will fit a 390? Want to replace my spur. I think it will also fit later 036/MS360/MS310. Getting conflicting info here down under but believe I have the right P#. The IPLs I have looked at only show the spur P#. Cheers Chris.

Mucking with a used 066 Chi Cylinder. Suspect it is now a paper weight. Is plating gone??

Hi all at AS. I have an 064 with a 660 (not 066) top end. I have located a very good 064 cylinder.I believe this cylinder has better porting than 660. Am I better off fitting this cylinder? Have a new 064 Meteor piston to go with it. Cheers Chris.

Hi all at AS. Cleaning up a light scored 066 cylinder. Found these 2 pits. 1 at the right of transfer port.(very small) 1 above port.(a bit larger) Can this cause a problem? It is a Mahle,also have a Stihl. Is the Mahle better? Cheers Chris.

Hi all at AS. Can a 36 pump be modded to pump more oil? E.g. enlarge oil holes and file a bigger flat on piston. Saw oils but seems stingey. And yes every thing clean,bar groove and oil hole good no blockages. Breather good. Cheers Chris.
