Saw your concern was starts and runs with choke on, no mention of anything else is that the issue? Just had an 038 like that. Over time had a few more and never really bothered why? Never tried to choke while running to see if it kills the engine. Maybe someone else has the answer?

Part # 1121 120 1612 is the early style and is 3" wide/3.17" tall- Part 1121 120 1618 is 3 1/2" wide 3" tall. These are the 2 I keep for 026. Try flopping the grommets around maybe the left is damaged?

Is there any tech spec's or application differences on the cylinder kits? Part # 1145 020 1202 and #1145 020 1200 Rings are different and looks like possible piston? Thanks

That is the kit I bought and my original first question asked about. I didn't want to fix saw and give back a lesser quality than it was. This didn't need to be built to the upmost extreme and cost. Some of my guys pass on a $17 -33rs for a $14 carlton chain.

No, I bought the OEM $94 kit. Couldn't see the $30 more for a 44.3. Took probably 2 hrs. to clean everything up, bar groove probably .075/.080 and depth gauges never lowered
