Anyone know for sure which, if any, OEM nose fits this 28" Huztl bar?

Are most of you fellas using a heat cycle on the lumber and slabs before the projects begin or are there other options these days? I saw one guy use a salt/boric acid mixture rolled on the wet slabs but, I'm not sure if that replaces the heat cycle.

Guys, I've searched and found so many different versions of modding MS290 mufflers that I gave up on trying to figure out who was right. Some have opened up every restriction so much that there could not possibly be any back pressure and some haven't while all report "runs better than ever"...

Fellas, I have some gargantuan Oaks to fell eventually (5'+ above the flare) and will be needing to slab them where they fall. I'm thinking with Huztl 660's being so nicely priced that a two powerhead 5'-6' cutting capacity bar might be the way to go vs an 880 or equivalent. That would be 14+...

Can anyone tell me what this is? Guessing it is NOS and now phased out / replaced. May be narrow kerf as it looks a little less wide than my Carlton K3L

Any experiences with GB or Carlton round files? I don't see much talk about them on the forums. I see that GB are made by the Swiss but that's all I know about either brand. Thanks in advance.

I am curious if the Huztl kits weight the same as OEM. True weights reported on the forum for OEM are: 440=13.6 lb 372=14.1 lb. Has anyone weighed a dry Huztl powerhead on a good scale?

Anyone happen to know which nose sprockets fit other brand bars. For example does Windsor and other 3 rivet noses fit stihl or other brands. How about single rivet brands?
