    I have been working on this project for the last three or four years and have said nothing about it. I made the track and head frame first and had a series of health setbacks (six surgeries over a 24 month period) that slowed me way down. I been working pretty steady over the last three months...

    I just resided a building on my farm with green roughcut sawmill oak. I screwed the battens on using decking screws. It will allow you to tighten them up as the wood dries.

    Mtngun are your flooring boards not tongue and groove? Just jointed,butted together and glued? Have you noticed any movement in the floor since you laid it?

    The wedges were commercially made years ago and I see them on ebay from time to time. Barring that a machine shop or man with a lathe can maked one easily. They are handy to have in certain situations.

    Why not find some steel wheels with bearings in them? They are pretty cheap and will last forever.

    Norwood Mill may be mine this weekend!

    I believe its a Lumbermate. Has the embossed track steel. Very nice mill. Ive run the smaller Norwood and its a great mill as well.
