    Heated Handgrips......

there are colder places on earth than new hampshire. here in northern saskatchewan they are very common and you see them on about 40% of saws. it gets cold here in the winter and ill cut wood often at -45c. your left hand damn near freezes solid holding on to that handle bar. workin hard wont...

    xp or xpg?

its currently -30c here in northern saskatchewan and i really really wish i had heated handles on my saws. every saw should have them IMO.

Muff with ear phones built in.

i use just the standard peltor ear muffs. i take my in ear phones from my MP3 player (high quality noise canceling in ear monitors) and put them in my ears before i put my peltor's on. it works great and kills even more noise then the peltors would alone. no need for those fancy "work tunes"...

You've heard of the two saw plan... what about the TWIN saw plan?

    Cold weather recommendations

i have cut in -40c weather lots. just use the husky winter kit. its 2 peices of plastic. one peice replaces the black boot by the flywheel that directs fresh air to the carb with a big blue one that directs warmer air off the cylinder to the carb. the other peice of plastic covers up the bottom...

365 husky with 32" bar is it to much

maybe with skip chain. but i would bet it wont have fun doing it. i wouldn't fit it with a full time 32" bar, i would just save that for when i really really needed it. i would say 28" max with a 20" sitting very comfortable on that saw. 32" is really pushing it.

Big bore kit on Johnny Red 2065

you might be able to drill it out but i would recomend just buying a walbro carb, they arn't that expensive. and a saw with a new carb and a new top should run like a new saw :)

Big bore kit on Johnny Red 2065

i have a 365 special that i put a BB kit on 16 months ago and its stronger than my 372xpw and my 371xp and sawtroll is correct, the Zama carb wont get enough fuel to the saw. Walbro carb only.

    1 or 2 piston rings?

my 371xp only has one ring. the acceloration on that saw is increadable. it just jumps to peak RPM instantly. i really notice it after i have been using my 372xpw for a while then switch to the 371xp
