    Dolmar 7900?

My Makita 6401 is a great firewood saw for bigger stuff, and my PS 420 has become a door stop:msp_mad:

    cs 3000

A very mediocre saw, but has always started for me. I've kept the chain sharp, and it cuts just fine. Mostly used for windfall and yard cleanup.

    Best Logger work pants

I wear Diamond Gusset Jeans----MADE IN USA. More $ than the Carhartts, but I felt the quality has faltered quite a bit with the Carhartt line, especially since they've outsourced the products. 100% Made in the USA for 21 Years The origins of Diamond Gusset Jeans: Denim from American Cotton...

40-ish cc Saw Choice-----Spring C.A.D has set in

Saw back, again, after slight adjustment of carb???????? Whatever they did, it has once again failed to correct the poor running of the saw. I will be contacting Dolmar as advised by AS members. The Makita 6401 ran fine, though, and i got 4 lightly loaded trailers of maple and mulberry today...

    This IS Winter, right?

Just after Christmas last year we got blasted pretty good, and snow didn't melt for months, which is unusual for my part of New York. Had been like this.......so what will happen next week. Either way I have 3 cords split that need to be stacked.

    Early christmas presents for me....

Impact drivers like your Dewalt are handy to have around. I love my Makita 18v, but since my son snags it so much, I got a 12v Bosch back-up--it's tiny but get the job done! BTW Nice saw.

40-ish cc Saw Choice-----Spring C.A.D has set in

Saw in again for the warranty work for the third time in six months. Terry Green at Dolmar will be the next stop if the saw isn't right. Tech said it's probably debris in gas/carb, but it runs the 4 other saws, line trimmer, and back pack blower just fine. If it craps out again, will they refund...

    New "second saw" advice?

I like my little Echo saws, but would skip the top handled for a rear handled saw. People seem to like the CS370 and CS450 saws.

I think one more time to the dealer to make it right.....otherwise three strikes you're out!!! Then I'll email Dolmar to resolve this issue. Thank goodness for the 2+ saw plan . Any-who, I'll just use the other saws :hmm3grin2orange:

40-ish cc Saw Choice-----Spring C.A.D has set in

Like I mentioned, there was no work order on it when I picked it up. Might have not even been looked at :msp_mad:. I ran it in front of the store before I left for home, and it ran fine. Idled and revved no prob. The coil problem was fixed first go around, and the tech said there was also metal...
