    Alright folks this is going to be my first full winter heating with wood only. Or let's say mostly. Got a Quad Millennium 2100. Moved into new house at the end of February last year so didn't get to burn much. Only had 3 fires last year so didn't even get a taste of burning any amount of time...

    DIY firestarters

    I make mine with noodles in a cupcake pan. Put the paper cupcake thingys in the pan add noodles pour in wax about 1/3 to 1/2 full and good to go. Oh yeah don't use the wifes good cupcake pan:(. I have 3 old ones.:givebeer:

    blades and stache nailed it on the head. If it was me, stay small unless you can really hit a homerun money wise . Me and my wife ran a small business for 30 years. Never have I made so much money and never have I spent so much money. Food for thought. Good luck whichever way you choose to...
