I am going to state the obvious and say NAPA or any other local parts store. Excluding auto zone/advanced auto and similar. If you have the filter number, or engine model I can probably get you a wix or napa part #.

Fish Your pic shows a 3/8 and a .325 my 3/8 pin rims in stihl and oregon look identical other than the name. I have also heard that oregon makes the rims for stihl.

Thanks for the replies. The tygon and grommet is how the saw is hooked up now but some fuel seeps out when full and cutting.

I have had a set of yoko geolander ats on my 99 sliverado 4x4 for about 40k and they are a very good tire I have 315/75/16's so roughly 35x12.50 and i should get 70k out of them.

That's only about $1 more per loop and $20 LESS per reel than my local dealer. Needless to say I don't buy chain from them.
