Flooded. After you let it air over night don't use choke. Hold throttle wide open untill it starts and keep the revs up until it cleans out b4 going back to idle.
Over a decade later, still works.
Just measure around the outside for length of cut you prefer and mark. Cut the the ring off and shorten to your marks. Squeeze together, reduce the center to fit and epoxy. I used a large hose clamp to hold until set up.
You wouldn't like it with a finer grit.
Much faster to burn.
I have several from numerous manufacturers in 5 3/4 and 8"
I like the Foley-Belsaw 60-80 grit the best.
