there is nothing to redirect from. there is a pinetree about 100 yards away, that's about it. what kind of ground anchors are you talking about???? budroe:rolleyes:

can't use a tow-truck, not an option. there is "huge" sentimental value attached to this tree. if there is a chance to save it, my friends want to try!!!! when she blew over, it went towards the street, if it goes over again, chances are good that it will fallin the same direction, right...

i've also got some high vee which i love!!! the thing about the blue streak is that it's taking a beating and is going strong..... i use it on just about every climb and it handles like a champ!!!! i'm using my cmi tooth cammed ascenders on it w/out a snag!!!! the streak is heavy duty...

nice shout City UF. my sister had some crepe myrtles about 15-20' tall planted right up against the house she bought a couple of years ago. we took them back all the way to ground level and tons of suckers grew up in the spring. w/ proper prunning over the next few seasons, she's trained...
