thanks I order from outdoor dist. didn't have the part as a 3400 but will try as a 3800 did check outdoor dist. part no longer available. back to square 1

sears part number
sorry goof on number model # is 358-358850. the dogs are made onto the flywheel and the sears part # is 39095. The saw is red and I do not know the poulan model #. but think it's a 3400,
Bought this saw new in 1982, been a good saw but needs new starter dogs. They are made onto the flywheel and neither sears or poulan stock this part. any suggestions? would hate to lose saw because of the starter
