I purchased a Rutland 6" polly brush to clean my new S/S flex liner. I tryed the brush on a section of leftover liner and found it to be VERY hard to force through the pipe. Is it suppose to be that difficult ? Dont want to damage the liner.... Any suggestions guys...

That's a possibility, but this basement has a poured concrete foundation and finished drywall walls and ceilings. I am trying to utilize the existing flue without punching anymore holes in the wall.

Well folks, just completed the install on a SS flex liner. The install was a snap, I would highly recommend you have a friend or two on hand to help. I noticed the Fiskars axe (all sizes) are cheaper on Amazon.com, they even have a three axe special.

I had my doubts about the Fiskars axe, bought one six months ago and will never swing a heavy maul type axe again. Just keep them feet spread apart when swinging.
