Mine hasn't seen much use since I posted a few years back.... The exception being just after Irene. I upgraded to a top handle jonsered. It kinda out-performs the 011 by a little bit.

Those are the best spill proof cans out there...... Just be careful when you do push the button to vent the can..... if it's under pressure and there's fuel near the spout it will shoot right out. I found out the hard way.

That's what seems to be the prevalent Russian olive in my neck too. Most of the time its more of a bush than a tree.

AaronB - I use one of those rolling tool boxes too. Seems to work pretty well for my needs, though I keep the chain in zip locks or the original boxes. gr8scott72 - You've got a great idea there with those wooden boxes ..... I really like the slots you cut out for the bars and the bolts/pegs...

Thankfully it was not a costly learning experience - no major injuries or loss of property. Hopefully no one else goes through that or worse. Ive only tried something similar on one occasion and used cinder blocks on my side of the log to keep it upright. It worked perfectly - which was good...

BobL Whatya think of those euro style dodge/freight liner type vans? I've been seeing more and more in my area - even some local contractors are using them now. They even have heavy versions with dual rears, though I guess that probably wouldn't work for you - you mentioned driveway space...

If your serious about trying another brand I suggest jonsered. I love their saws and they are the sister saw of husqvarna. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you try a jonsered.
