I haven't been on or posted in a long time, but saw the tribute video come up on youtube this morning. Rest in peace Nik. We never actually met, but interacted on the forums. I used to see him from time to time at the grocery store (you couldn't miss him). He will certainly be missed.

I didn't know that about the warranty either. Good to know. As far as the length goes, it works well cutting the limbs that the tractor hits while mowing. We still have a pole saw that extends to about 18 feet that has and always will see lots of use. It was nice using the FS90R with the Pruner...

I think I remember someone posting an ad or a commercial video for one of these a year or so ago. I think it was painted up all pretty and everything.

I've got probably abut 10 hours of running the FS90R/Pruner combo in the past few weeks. So far it is working great. I've trimmed up a bunch of pines and spruces so the mowing tractor would clear and the latest project is a bunch of wild roses and small trees on a steep hillside that are growing...

The oil cap on my MS260 leaked and I did replace the O-ring and it took care of the problem. When I had the ring off, I did clean the cap well as dirt was probably the problem, but while it was apart, I figured it wouldn't hurt to replace a cheap seal.

I've always bought 6 year Delcos an Interstates. I pay anywhere from 120.00 to 150.00 and don't find that to be expensive. I've never had a quality battery come back to bite me. I have had cells go bad before their time but the warranty is super easy to deal with. The same goes for starters and...

Agreed. My only real complaint about the flippy caps is that you really can't hit around them with the brush before you fill up. Also sorry bout the new saw.

Are you kidding? I've seen it plenty. Give it a little time. They have been making changes and tweaking all day and I've seen improvements.
