Central Boiler 5036 with duel fuel backup, second year and working great.

I paid $550 for a load of approx. 6.5 cords earlier this month. Mostly sugar maple, some cherry, some oak.

Up here, everyone states cord when it's actually a face cord in their ads. I don't think I've talked to anyone that uses the term face cord. It's just custom up here and everyone knows it. I can understand if your in an area that normally sells full cords, then someone starts selling face...

I see it as we are still only getting one side of the story. So far all the City/Utility company is saying is it was tragic and they are investigation. Who really knows how many late payment/shut off notices were sent out. $1000 for one elderly man he might had not paid for 6 months or more...

Yea, but I still have to buy one of those. All my clocks are digital, just like projectsho89 said "my clocks would just flash at me - kind of like my VCRs" :dizzy:

Thanks for the reply's guys. I guess my big question was if hour meters can be hooked up inline with 110 volts. I'm assuming they have two wires out the back and it can be spliced inline with a wire that gets energized when the burner kicks on. Something like this one will work...

I haven't had to use the warranty, I just installed and fired up my CB5036 in September. But in order to get the 25 year warranty you just have to fill out the paperwork and send it in within 5 days of receiving the boiler. If you don't you get a 1 year warranty. I have no idea how well they...

Thanks for the reply, I started thinking that I couldn't do what I wanted to with my existing setup. I have an heat exchanger in the plenum, the downstairs of my house is heated by forced hot air.

Thanks for the reply, I believe it is an L4064 limiter, I can't find a number on it. I placed a jumper between the fan-load and limit-line but it just runs the fan continuously no matter what the temp is set for. I'm trying to avoid buying more parts, but I don't think this is working out to...
