    Echo CS-4920

Damn, I was looking to get a 4910. It's a pro quality saw. If the 4920 is a clamshell, does that make it homeowner class saw?

FWIW, I used my new Ebay Chinese $100 35cc top handle yesterday. Great cutting easy starting little saw. I'm happy. World economy. Do I feel bad? Hell no.

Neotec is worthy of a look. Yes, a Chinese clone but with mg crankcase, Euro carb and ignition. Many great reviews.

    Husqvarna 460 Rancher?

My 450 has been a reliable saw for 10 years for firewood capable of some big wood and light enough to be flexible. 460, more power still.

    Chainsaw Purchase Advice

From all my research the CS4910 and 501P are identical except for a few inconsequential parts that have no bearing on performance. Save $$ and get a pro saw. Get the CS4910.

    What's your EOTW Saw?

IMO, 50cc saws are the most appropriate generally speaking for most folks for firewood. Light weight with cutting ability for some pretty good size logs. CS 4910 or ms 261. My cutting buddy recently got a ms 361. Impressive for 50cc and easy to use.

    Echo CS3510 ??
